Consumer Orientation in High Schools

The present project aims to raise awareness and to inform students from high school – particularly from hotel management or agrarian specialization – about the Cinta Senese DOP.

For each of these groups of students will be organized and conducted meetings and lectures (in support and integration of the provisions of the curriculum) aimed at analyzing specific themes of the product, issues related to the PDO and PGI, the European Regulations. The goal of the project is to raise awareness among future technicians and operators of the livestock and the hotel industry on the importance of local production as a means of enhancement and development of the territory and their peculiar qualities and characteristics.
