Origin and distribution

Origin Turopolje region in Central Croatia. Turopolje forms a part of Posavina, a region to the south of Zagreb bordering the right banks of the Sava river on the northeast, and the Vukomeričke gorice hills to the southwest.
Regional focus Most in Zagreb County, some in Sisak-Moslavina County , and few in Koprivnica-Križevci and Brod- Posavina County
