On July 17 , a delegation of researchers from IRTA and the CREDA , led by Dr . Maria Angeles Oliver Program Product Quality , met with the Minister of Environment, Agriculture and Fisheries of the Balearic Islands, Sr . Vicenç Vidal Matas , and the Manager and Technical Director of the Regulatory Council of the PGI Sobrasada de Mallorca Sobrasada de Mallorca and Black Pig , Ms. Maria Antonia Torres, to present the European Project ” Treasure” .
