11th Turopolje sausage competition

On 19th of March 2016 during the 11th Turopolje sausage competition event at Velika Gorica, Croatia the University of Zagreb, partner of the TREASURE consortium, will apply on competition with sausages produced and present during the local manifestation the project.
The main audience will be pig breeders and small-scale, mainly artisanal and family-farm meat processors.
