Meeting with actors of Noir de Bigorre (NB)

On 14 december 2016  a meeting between actors of Noir de Bigorre (NB) pork chain and scientific and technical staff of IFIP and INRA involved in experiment with Gascon breed was held in offices of the Noir de Bigorre pork chain, located in South-West of France, in the « heart » of production zone.

Preliminary results on experiment conducted in NB farms under supervision of IFIP and INRA, first version of protocol for consumer studies and state-of-the-art on trademark were presented to partners of NB chain.
