12th Fair of Ethnic Food and Drinks

The 12th Fair of Ethnic Food and Drinks is a regional review of food products intended for the market, prepared by the traditional recipes, in the traditional way. These are national specialties, products characteristic for narrower geographic areas, mostly handmade from organic raw materials.

The event 12th Fair of Ethnic Food and Drinks proclaims the traditional products as first class market and export goods, which should become also an inevitable element of the tourism offer.  These are products with the protected geographic origin or those recommended for protection.

The objective is establishing of the ethnic product trade mark, i.e. branding of the traditional products.

At the TV broadcast of ETHNIC FOOD AND DRINK FAIR the TREASURE Project has been discussed between the Minute 13,15 to 14,56.
