IRTA presented an Abstract about PORK PATTIES ENRICHED WITH VEGETAL INGREDIENTS TO ENHANCE HEALTH BENEFITS FOR CONSUMERS at the 11th World Congress on Polyphenols Applications.
The aim of the study was to have high sensory quality pork patties which may provide health benefits for consumers. Several scientists were interested in the results presented.
