Here you can find the Dissertation thesis about “Innovative Meat Products from Majorcan Black Pig: Evaluation of Consumers Response” of the student Jaume Dilmé to obtain his Bachelor of Science degree at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).

His work was based on the activities in Task 3.3. The thesis has been submitted to the 2017 INNOVACC Prize. INNOVACC is a non-profit Companies Association, which represents the cluster of the Catalan porcine sector and includes at present 74 companies and 18 institutions (www.innovacc.cat).
