“Fete de l’AOC” of Basque pork chain

The “Fete de l’AOC” of Basque pork chain is a local event and fair for general public to celebrate AOC registration for “Kintoa” dry cured ham and fresh pork issued from Basque local breed. B. Lebret (INRA) presented a conference as well as the concepts and objectives of TREASURE project for the producers, actors of Basque local chain, general public and media about the role of fat in pork products and especially the Kintoa meat and dry ham.
